AMANDA is a flexible and configurable Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) product that enables business process automation for local, county and state/provincial government agencies.

AMANDA serves as a browser based Business Performance Framework to help jurisdictions improve performance and process management and ultimately, to deliver business intelligence. AMANDA's interoperability with other software ensures that AMANDA fits easily into any IT environment and infrastructure.

Master Data & Folders

AMANDA consolidates all of a jurisdiction's master data relating to property, people, assets and vehicles into a single database. A Folder represents any interaction a jurisdiction has with the public relating to the master data, including any and all transactions and activities relating to a property, person, vehicle, asset or combination thereof. Folders are used to track:

  • Fees
  • Documents
  • Attachments
  • Conditions and violations
  • Any number of user defined fields

A dynamic workflow engine, based on your business rules, is used to lead a Folder through its lifecycle, collecting the necessary information along the way. This centralization and automation helps staff work more accurately and efficiently, reduce data entry errors and ensure process consistency.

AMANDA's powerful dynamic workflow engine enables you to control and improve the management of tasks and activities for all staff in all locations. It also empowers users to make continuous improvements to, or even re-engineer, business processes when required.

Variable Data Model

Programs and services can differ significantly from one jurisdiction to the next. AMANDA's Variable Data Model allows each jurisdiction to configure AMANDA to its own unique needs, meaning that transactions are processed exactly as each department requires. AMANDA tracks all properties, people, assets, vehicles and activities while automatically observing rules that reflect organizational policies. This flexibility also enables departments to change functionality as needed over time.

Fully Integrated Modules

AMANDA's scope can be extended with fully-integrated, business-specific modules that are tailored to standard activities. These modules address activities such as: Permitting, Licensing, Public Health, Requests for Service, External Review and related functions. Modules contain time-saving features specific to each business area.
