AMANDA Mobile enables inspectors and other remote staff to access and edit information on permits, licenses, contacts or properties from a central AMANDA database using their mobile devices.

Conduct Mobile Inspections

Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections is made easy with AMANDA Mobile’s fingertip access to codes/by-laws preloaded onto mobile devices. Inspectors can access full AMANDA data to view a complete history of deficiencies, violations, and complaints made against a property, vehicle or person.

Scheduling & Workload Management

With AMANDA’s streamlined and automated workflows, scheduling and workload changes are made with ease. Inspectors can create personalized work schedules, and easily create and conduct unscheduled inspections. Centrally manage scheduling so that tasks are intelligently routed based on an inspector’s qualifications, location, workload, or any other pre-defined criteria.

GPS/GIS Integration

AMANDA’s seamless integration with your GIS applications provides inspectors and remote staff mobile access to GIS data. Use AMANDA Mobile's GPS add-on to intelligently schedule and assign tasks, provide location details, faciliatate route planning, and capture mileage information, while minimizing travel time and gas consumption.

In-Field Document Management

AMANDA Mobile allows your inspectors and remote staff to spend more time in the field by allowing them to manage documents and capture violations in the field. Print reports and notices, log violation details with photographs, and capture signatures in the field.

Work With or Without a Connection

AMANDA Mobile gives inspectors and remote staff multiple ways to achieve mobile productivity. When connected to the internet, users can are connected to their office in real-time. When users find themselves without a connection, they can still work offline. Once a connection is restored, AMANDA Mobile automatically synchronizes data.
