With our FASTrackTM implementation methodology we achieve faster business reviews, approvals and deployment.

Our implementation methodology focuses on delivering turnkey solutions without interrupting the operations of your business. To achieve this we place particular importance on user and senior management commitment and work closely with them to analyze business processes and systems. Excellent communication with all stakeholders combined with our subject matter expertise has allowed us to achieve a 100% success rate in all our AMANDA implementation projects in the past 20 years.

The key elements of our FASTrack methodology are:

Flexibility

Our implementation methodology takes different approaches based on your requirements and needs. For example, phases could run linearly or in a staggered fashion to reduce the overall project timeframe. We also recognize that there are other relevant options and we encourage and open dialogue for each approach. We also work with you to identify required staff and backups during implementation, and design the project plan with your needs in mind.

Speed

CSDC uses formal project management methodologies to manage scope and ensure timely delivery of the project. FASTrack working sheets are used to capture a tremendous amount of detail in a short amount of time. Mulitple phases of business process analysis and configuration can run in parallel reducing the overall project timeframe.   Implementations of AMANDA are also designed to allow rapid re-configuration. When necessary, an organization can quickly re-configure and implement a system in production with very little time spent in configuring changes.

Accuracy / Reliability

With over 20 years of experience, CSDC has developed a set of best practices for configuring AMANDA. Our methodology is structured around maximizing knowledge transfer. Your staff are extensively involved in the analysis sessions to capture all business requirements. Design documents are subject to a thorough approval process to ensure that the solution provided matches the business requirements.
